VACANCY: PART-TIME CLINICAL INSTRUCTORS – GENERAL NURSING 7 POSTS
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions in the General Nursing Program at the Institute of Health Sciences- Francistown. The clinical engagement will effect from 02nd September 2024 to 18 October 2024.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in General Nursing.
Post Basic Qualification in Midwifery Community Health Nursing/ Psychiatric Health Nursing/
Adult Health Nursing will be an added advantage

Remuneration

P75.00 per hour of Clinical Teaching and Evaluation.
Experience:
At least four (4) years’experience working will be an added advantage.
Main purpose of the Job:
To assist in mentoring and evaluating of level 1,2 and 3 students.

Duties:

•Prepare work schedule for students clinical practice
•Conduct clinical/practicum teaching
•Monitor and evaluate students’ progress in clinical practices/field practicum
•Asses and provide as necessary counselling to individual students
•Evaluate clinical/ practicum activities and provide weekly report at the end of each clinical rotation or practicum
•Assume full responsibility and accountability while supervising students in the clinical area.
