ROAD ASSETS MANAGER I QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – Tau Grading & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Tau Grading & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION requires the services of ROAD ASSETS MANAGER I QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER should have Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Equivalent atleast 8 years’ experience or more.

Post qualification must be E.RB.

Road Assets Manager:

– Manages the inventory, maintenance, and improvement of a transportation agency’s road assets such as pavement, bridges, traffic signals, signs, etc.
– Responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize the condition and performance of the road network.
– Monitors the condition of road assets through regular inspections, data collection, and analysis.
– Plans and budgets for maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation projects to keep assets in good working order.
– Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, design standards, and agency policies for road assets.
– Manages a team of technicians, engineers, and contractors responsible for maintaining the road network.
– Reports on the condition, maintenance history, and improvement plans for road assets to agency leadership.
– Utilizes asset management software and data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Quality Assurance Manager:

– Develops and oversees quality assurance processes and procedures for a department, project, or organization.
– Establishes quality control measures, inspection protocols, and testing regimes to ensure products, services, or processes meet defined standards and requirements.
– Trains and manages a team of quality assurance inspectors and technicians.
– Reviews and approves quality control documentation, such as test reports, inspection checklists, and corrective action plans.
– Monitors quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify quality issues or trends.
– Collaborates with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality problems.
– Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
– Maintains quality assurance records and generates reports for management and regulatory bodies.
– Ensures compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
