Junior Accounts Clerk

Looking for a motivated and detail driven Junior Accounts/Admin clerk to join our accounting team.

Position is located in Gaborone

This is an entry level position and would be ideal for a graduate with 0-3 years experience.  You will assist with various aspects of financial and administration supporting the day to day operations.

Accounting Clerk Qualifications/Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic Reporting skills
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• AAT qualification and be proficient  in English, both written and spoken

Job Description:

•  Support accounting operations by filing of documents, reconciling statements,
•  Maintain accounting records
•  Update and Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the accounting system
•  Assist sales department with various administrative tasks
•  Assist in invoicing, billing and payment processing

The ideal candidate must have  a strong interest in starting their career in accounting.

Salary  will be commensurate to an entry level candidate.
