LODGE MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the lodge, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a passionate team in one of Botswana’s most iconic wildlife destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, activities, and food and beverage.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and stakeholders.
• Uphold the lodge’s commitment to conservation and sustainability

Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in lodge management, preferably in a luxury safari setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for wildlife and conservation.
