We are looking for a Conveyancing Secretary for our Maun Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting conveyancing attorneys with preparation of property conveyancing transactions.
• Ensuring applications of all third-party documents required for transactions, i.e., BURS, Rates, Consents, Compliance and Certificates.
• Managing communication with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
• Maintaining accurate and organized files and records, both electronic and hard copies.
• Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed.
• Additional duties as may be assigned.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in the conveyancing related duties.
• Knowledge of the Deeds Processes.
• Outstanding time-management and drafting skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage clients.
• Driven, ambitious, energetic.
