PRODUCTION MANAGER (CPVC AND FOAM CORE) – Flotek

Radical Investments Pty Ltd t/a Flotek Pipes and Irrigation, a well-established PVC Pipe & Tank manufacturing company having operations in Lobatse, Gaborone & Ramotswa is looking for the services of qualified persons for the following vacancies.

PRODUCTION MANAGER (CPVC AND FOAM CORE)

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma Qualification in Plastic Polymer or related Diploma in any Engineering Field with a minimum work experience of 25 years; at least 10 years at a management level particularly in the ISO accredited plastic manufacturing environment specializing with in CPVC and PVC Foam Core Pipe Production, Formulation, Die Design and other related works.

Should have knowledge of ISO standards and training background, Internal Audit Training, and must be able to deal independently with SABS, BOBS, ISO, and other Product Approval bodies. Must have experience with various plastic pipe production machines (extruders), particularly the AMC, Rollepaal, Theysohn and Kabra Extruders and downstream equipment. Must have exposure to the following materials: CPVC, MPVC, UPVC, LDPE, and HDPE. Knowledge of Parallel & Conical Screw, Mandrel Design Parameters are highly desirable. The candidate will be responsible for running the production operations of CPVC and Foam Core plastic pipes. Managing and developing training programs for a team of diverse production employees and technicians working in the production department to improve production output and quality.

The applicant should be willing to work on shifts and should be available on call.
