Leoal Holdings is a Property Development Company, recruiting for the position of Finance Manager, reporting to the Finance Director,

Job roles:

Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning, Financial modeling, Overseeing annual tax and Audit processes, Optimize collections from off-plan sales, lease payments and investors, Leading and Training of a corporate finance team, Implement ERP systems for project costing, procurement, and finance integration, Manage communication with real estate investors, shareholders, and banks, Support marketing and sales teams with financial inputs for pricing strategies, Prepare financial packages and pitch decks for investor presentations, Identify and mitigate financial risks including project delays, cost overruns, or market downturns.

Qualification & Experience
A minimum of 20 years’experience in finance management in a large corporate business, CA/CPA qualification and be an Associate/Fellow member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountant and in Good standing ,To possess an in depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices; Expected Remunerations; P400,000/annum
