Human Resources Manager (HRM):

Relevant Business or Social Sciences Degree at Honours level.
Masters Degree desirable. At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Human Resources Management/ Leadership position;
Expert knowledge of HRM-specific USG PEPFAR and GFTAM guidelines required!
Significant experience in labour law and industrial relations is a must-have. NPO experience is an asset.
