Customer Service Representative

Location: Mogoditshane

Start Date: 1st June 2025 (or earlier)

Work Hours: 11 hours per week-Monday to Friday 2 hrs./day, Saturday 1 hr.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their queries and ensuring exceptional service experience. If you’re a communicative, problem-solving advocate for customers, we want you on our team! This role will develop into a full-time job in due course

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat apps.
• Update customers about their goods from receiving to collection.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
• Provide proactive solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
• Attend trade fairs and road shows to market company offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Tertiary Certificate or Diploma from a recognized institution.
