Business Risk Director

Stepping Stones International (SSI), a leading non-governmental organization, is seeking a Business Risk Director to lead high-level risk assessments across our operations and business processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Professional certification: CIA, CRM, FCA, FCPA, FCCA or FCMA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Member in good standing with relevant institution.
• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience with a strong grasp of business risk.
• Additional advantage if you have:
• Internal audit experience
• Expertise in managing diverse donor funding, particularly in the NGO sector
• Regional accounting and fundraising experience
• Background in forensic auditing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence senior management.
