Key Functions & Responsibilities:

Responsible for various translating tasks assigned by the general manager of the branch;

Responsible for the start and implementation of the daily business work of the administrative personnel department;

Responsible for the authenticity and legality of the information disclosed to the media with management approval;

Undertake the daily training, assessment, guidance, and motivation responsibilities of department personnel;

Regularly organize and assist in communicate to the department to conduct business guidance and professional skills training in both Chinese and English;

Undertake administrative and logistics management responsibilities by translating both to the manager and the relevant parties;

Organize and review the budget of assets, vehicles and business entertainment expenses and control the use of expenses;

Write and read reports and translate to both English and Chinese;

Supervise and inspect administrative and logistics work such as cleaning, discipline, and security communicating to management and employees in both English and Chinese;

Attend to meetings, draw up contracts and check contracts of the country’s departments and other companies and translate to the relevant management.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have relevant Bachelors degree or above with a major in Administrative management, Fluent in Chinese and English, secretarial, business administration and other related majors.

Experience:

At least three years of working experience with at least two years of Administrative Experience.
