An Insurance & Risk Consultancy Intermediary based in Gaborone urgently requires full time services of a qualified and experienced Chartered Insurance Practitioner/Risk Analyst & Compliance Officer.

Interested applicants should:

• Be a qualified Chartered Insurance Practitioner fully conversant with all aspects of Insurance &

Risk Management with at least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Have good knowledge of Risk Analysis; particularly in Compliance & Risk Audit processes.
• Have ACIl or AlISA or Diploma in Insurance.
• Having an MBA or similar Degree will be an added advantage.
• Be familiar with NBFIRA Compliance requirements and act as Compliance Officer.
• Be prepared to work odd hours with no supervision.
• Be over 40-55 years of age.
