CREDIT CONTROLLER -Guardians

Key Responsibilities:

Manage premium debtors and ensure timely collections

Contribute to the development and enforcement of credit control policies and procedures
Monitor overdue accounts and liaise with clients to resolve issues
Reconcile accounts and generate regular debtor reports
Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams for account accuracy
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proactive approach to debt collection
Solid understanding of credit control processes
Accuracy and thoroughness in reconciliations
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Familiarity with accounting software and systems
