Brand Forge is seeking a hands-on and dependable Workshop Assistant to support daily operations in our production workshop. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and willing to learn on the job. You will work closely with our production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the preparation and assembly of sublimation apparel and promotional items.
– Operate basic machinery and equipment (after training).
– Handle loading, offloading, and organizing materials in the workshop.
– Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
– Assist with stock-taking, inventory checks, and receiving supplies.
– Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to production timelines.
– Support other team members with general duties as needed.

Requirements:

– BGCSE Certification.
– Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
– Willingness to learn and take direction.
– Strong physical stamina and ability to work on your feet.
– Attention to detail and punctuality.
– Team player with good communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
