The Job

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
– Preparing and submitting client quotations, invoices, and proposals within agreed turnaround times
– Receiving and handling customer enquiries and complaints
– Providing administrative and logistics support
– Maintaining proper and up-to-date sales records and business pipeline
– Tracking customer payments and resolving discrepancies
– Planning and coordinating training workshops for agency and broking partners
– Receiving incoming calls and directing them within stipulated timelines
– Assisting the business development teams with setting up meetings and follow-ups

The Person

The ideal candidate must possess:
– A Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
– 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
– 6 BGCSE levels including English and Mathematics
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Customer service orientation
– Excellent planning and organizing skills
