CDK (PTY) LTD is looking for a well-organized and professional Front Desk Operator to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

* Diploma in Secretarial Studies
* At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
* Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
* Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
* Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement requests
* Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
