 Job Purpose:

Lead and manage overall mining operations, ensuring profitability, compliance, sustainability and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide leadership across all business units.

•Drive operational efficiency, safety and environmental compliance.

•Develop and implement strategic growth plans.

•Engage stakeholders, including government, communities and shareholders.

Minimum Requirements:

•Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering, Business, or related field.

•Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering is preferred.

•A minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership in mining operations.

•Proven track record in strategic planning and team leadership.
