CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – Tredinnick Botswana (Pty) Ltd

VACANCY: 

Tredinnick Botswana (Pty) Ltd, a reputable Property development company, is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Construction Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 11 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering.

• Must be a registered professional engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Botswana, holding a valid practicing certificate.

• Demonstrated leadership, project coordination, and site management experience.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, health and safety, quality assurance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction activities on various projects from start to completion.

• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and resources effectively.

• Ensure that all works are executed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme.

• Maintain compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

• Report progress, risks, and costs to senior management regularly.
