Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the front desk and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

• Operates and manages Point of Sale.

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

• Perform any other work related duties assigned by the management, and where needed, assist with the day to day activities of the print shop.

Qualifications and Requirements

• IGCSE / BGCSE and above.

• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Relevant Experience in Point of Sale will be added advantage.
