Duties May Include

• Planting, inspecting, and harvesting crops1.

• Irrigating farm soil and maintaining ditches, pipes, or pumps1.

• Operating and servicing farm machinery and tools1.

• Applying fertilizer or pesticide solutions to control insects, fungi, and weeds1.

• Moving plants, shrubs, and trees with wheelbarrows or tractors1.

• Willingness to stay on the farm full time1.

• Feeding livestock and cleaning/disinfecting their cages, pens, and yards1.

• Examining animals to detect symptoms of illnesses or injuries and administering vaccines to protect animals from diseases1.

Qualifications and Experience

• JC or its equivalent1.

• Practical knowledge in horticulture and livestock farming1.

• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays if needed1.
