Job Overview:

Life Matters Capital is inviting applications for the position of Loans Admin Officer/Teller. The successful candidate will manage loan processing, documentation, and repayment, ensuring compliance with financial policies and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly reports (client registration, loan count, bad debt, returns).
• Disburse loans and manage customer loan accounts.
• Follow up on bad debt and submit information to debt collector.
• Issue and track loan agreements.
• Capture new clients into the loan management system.
• Advise and assist clients on loan applications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably at an advanced level or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in a lending or financial accounting environment.
