Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans targeting diverse customer segments and channels.
• Define, identify, and work with target audiences to drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Manage campaigns and initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze the market and report to head office on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to optimize go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and report to head office on marketing and sales activities.
• Hold regular sales team check-ins to ensure achievement of performance targets.
• Drive motivation, performance, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven marketing and sales experience in cookware, homeware, or a related consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated success in executing marketing and sales strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
