Scope of Work

The Motorbike/General Assistant will provide logistical and operational support to the company by ensuring timely delivery of products, running errands, and assisting in day-to-day administrative and production-related duties.

Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver goods, documents, and supplies using a company motorbike or light vehicle
• Run company errands, including banking, procurement, and document submissions
• Support general office or production duties, including stock handling, cleaning, and filing
• Maintain delivery logs and ensure proper care of the company’s delivery vehicle/motorbike
• Report mechanical issues or service needs promptly
• Support setup during events, exhibitions, or market days

Qualification & Experience

• Valid Class B and motorbike driver’s license
• Minimum of BGCSE
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of routes within Gaborone and surrounding areas
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety standards
• Competency Skills
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Good mental and physical fitness
• Strong communication skills in both English and Setswana
• Customer service orientation and professional attitude
