We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant Trainee to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain practical accounting experience and grow within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

* Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and filing
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
* Assist in audits and other finance-related activities
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

* AAT or any recognised accounting qualification (required)
* COP (Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance) will be an added advantage
* Valid Class B driver’s License
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team
