Position Title: Head of Brand and Operations
Location: Motor Holdings Botswana

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Franchise Manager to lead our dealership’s sales operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive performance, inspire a sales team, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting tactics accordingly
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver outstanding results
• Implement effective customer retention programs and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and events
• Manage showroom standards and ensure a premium customer experience
• Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee deal structuring, pricing strategies, and finance collaboration to maintain profitability

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Solid understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and retention strategies
• Proficiency in Dealer Management System, CRM systems and data analysis tools
