JD Specialized Recruitment has partnered with a private Concession in Botswana to recruit a dynamic and detail-oriented Management Couple. The position is bush based.

The position will entail one of the partners filling a Service and Standards Manager role, where you will be in charge of leading the delivery of exceptional service across all their safari operations. This role is critical in upholding and surpassing their established service benchmarks, ensuring operational quality, and inspiring a team dedicated to excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments to implement best practices and proactively address service-related challenges.

A partner will be considered dependent on their skill set. You will move around to all the lodges in the Concession. A tertiary education relevant to the skillset is important for work permit purposes.

Salary – DOE with live-in benefits. Negotiable on experience.
