Position: BAR BACK

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic BAR BACK to support our fast-paced retail bar. The successful candidate will ensure smooth bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting bartenders during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Restock fridges, shelves, and storage with beverages and supplies.
• Collect and wash glassware and bar tools promptly.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes and ensuring stock readiness.
• Remove empty bottles and trash to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move stock.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a bar or hospitality environment is an advantage.
