3G Mobile Bots is an Authorised Distributor of mobile devices, accessories, laptops, Tablets & wearables for Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Packard Bell, Lenovo, Vivo, Hurricane, HI -Sense, ITel etc

Sales Administrator

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Quotations
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint competent
• Supporting Key Account Managers
• Capturing customer enquiries
• Assist walk-in customers, assist customers telephonically and through e-mail
• Liaising with Marketing to fulfil customer requirements etc. printing of Flyers, posters, POS material
• Assist in tracking and influencing Sales activities with the aim increasing sales volumes
• Report writing
• Setting meetings via Microsoft Teams and other online platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum 2-3 years previous sales administration experience
