Oxygas is developing a medical and industrial gases manufacturing facility in Selibe Phikwe. The project entails installation, commissioning and operation of an air separation plant, acetylene plant and nitrous oxide plant The main objective is to develop a one stop industrial and medical gases production facility for supply of atmospheric and process gases in line with international quality standards.

Main Purpose of the Job

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Executive Assistant’s responsibility is to provide accurate and effective executive assistance and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient running of the Managing Directors Office and to the Executive and Management team, in addition, the Executive Assistant is responsible for driving client and customer relations by providing customer-focused services.

Qualification Requirements

• Relevant Diploma m Secretarial and/or Administrative Management and/or Business Administration
• 2 years of secretarial and/or administrative management

Key Accountabilities

• Effectively and accurately manage the MD and Executive’s diaries for meetings, appointments, travel requirements and calendar management
• Organising and maintaining company files and records, and ensuring the files and records are secure
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations for Executive team meetings and client and supplier engagements
• Coordinate and organize the completion, reproduction and distribution of reports, minutes, policies, and company correspondences
• Ensure that all meeting records are updated and archived accordingly
• Set up and manage the company document system for policies, procedures, processes, and compliance reporting
• Conduct research and compile presentations
• Draft correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director and Executive team
• Ensure adherence to all company SOP’S (Standard Operating Procedures) and SHEQ objectives
• Compile and manage own Performance and Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• Drive own performance outcomes and compliance Co-operate and work with others in pursuit of team goals
