Introduction
Our client are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Client Service Coordinator. The incumbent will provide service and support for corporate clients in a team environment. Provide sales support for Client Partners and team. Help sales region in sales tracking, communication with external clients, and other administrative duties as needed.

Specification
1. Coordinate the accurate, timely delivery of various aspects of company seminars: seminar materials, appropriate presenter, client profiles or assessment tools, a/v materials, etc.
2. Gather from clients and Client Partners all details of client programs and enters into the network system.
3. Follow through with all aspects of client programs. Support clients by researching and answering questions regarding curricula, pricing, facilitator training, invoicing, delivery of product and account adjustments.
4. Maintain client (facilitator) databases.
5. Send pre-work materials to clients prior to their attendance at in-house facilitator training.
6. Ensure smooth customer experience including issuing contracts from point of sale through close and follow up.
7. Helps arrange business development meetings and other client meetings.
8. Process client orders for products and/or custom programs.
9. Initiate and monitor client licensing process. 10. Send promotional materials to clients and prospective clients; present various program and product options to interested clients.
11. Prepare & design proposals to meet client needs in coordination with Client Partners.
Requirements
1. Preferred: 2-4 years administrative/sales support experience. Work experience that demonstrates organizational and customer service/sales skills is preferred.
2. 2 years college or equivalent experience in a business environment required.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, database management). 4. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in making decisions that impact clients.
5. A strong ability to work proactively, learn quickly and adapt creatively.
6. Highly detail oriented
7. Excellent verbal communications skills
