Senior Personal Trainer wanted – Body20 Sebele Centre

 

Body20 Sebele Centre is looking for a motivated personal trainer who enjoys working within a personalized fitness studio environment, helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through combining Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training into everyday conventional fitness training methods.

The successful applicant must have a friendly, outgoing nature and be proactive in achieving the challenges set for him/ her; must have knowledge and experience on EMS fitness training method. He/ She will be passionate and enthusiastic about health and fitness training and will be prepared to build, maintain and increase EMS client base.

Body20 Sebele Centre will be the first EMS fitness studio Franchise in Botswana and one of the many EMS studios within the Body20 Global family. EMS fitness technology is one of the fastest growing industries in the world, and over 50 Body20 EMS studios in South Africa and Namibia combined.

Requirements

• Advanced EMS Training Certification. BODY20 Advanced Training or equivalent an added advantage
• First Aid Level 1 qualified or equivalent

Certification is a MUST

• We prefer fitness or health-related qualification, but experience and track record are considered more important. EMS training is key!
• Customer service experience
• Ability in conventional training methods
• Excellent communication, people and supervisory skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Pre-champ-strength program
• Advance body20- strength
• Champ mode -strength program
• Advance endurance-cardio program
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English (+Setswana an added advantage)
• Knowledge of Gym-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system an added advantage
