The role also encompasses project administration responsibilities, covering a wide-range of Department initiatives and office operations projects.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
- Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
- Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts
- Answering clients’ and employees’ queries in a timely manner
- Manage scheduling for company executive
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
Driven, hardworking individual with strong administrative skills
- At least 3years administration experience
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
- Must be willing to work alternate weekends
- Clear Criminal Record
- Salary will be discussed in the interview
- Drivers license required
