Job Title: IT TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support (hardware, software & networks)
- Install, configure and maintain IT systems
- Troubleshoot network and system issues
- Perform system updates, maintenance and security checks
- Manage backups and ensure data protection
- Document technical procedures and assist users
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows, & Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA, Network+, MCSA) are an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
