Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support (hardware, software & networks)
• Install, configure and maintain IT systems
• Troubleshoot network and system issues
• Perform system updates, maintenance and security checks
• Manage backups and ensure data protection
• Document technical procedures and assist users

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows, & Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Certifications (CompTIA, Network+, MCSA) are an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
