Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and telesales to generate new leads,
• Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospective clients,
• Schedule and handle sales meetings (virtual or in-person),
• Prepare professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations,
• Handle deal negotiation and closing under supervision,
• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships,
• Assist in developing and updating sales materials,
• Assist with event planning and coordination,
• Track leads, maintain sales databases, and prepare weekly reports, and
• Support administrative tasks related to sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Accounting,
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or sales administration,
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport quickly,
• Strong organizational and proposal-writing skills,
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs,
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus,
• Experience in using digital marketing tools is an added advantage; and
• Experience in service industry is an advantage.
