Key Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products directly to clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals & outreach
- Provide client support, policy reviews & after-sales service
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow your income
- Conduct client fact-finding and needs analysis
- Explain product benefits ,terms, exclusions, and premiums clearly.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification BGCSE
- Certificate in Sales, Business, Insurance or related field(added advantage)
- Must have COP Short Term/Long Term
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Confidence in face-to-face selling
- Sales experience is an advantage (but not required)
