Requirements
- BGCSE Certificate or equivalent.
- Diploma, Degree, or other tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
- COP Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience in insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
- COP Long-Term and/or Short-Term Insurance qualification.
- Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Traceable references.
