Lazenby Holdings have vacancies available for the following positions at the Boteti Diamond Mine in Letlhakane. All below positions are on an 18 month’s fixed term contract.

HR MANAGER

Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have the following:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management and Practices.
• The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the human resources function within the organization.
• The incumbent will be the custodian of the company’s HR policies and procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring company wide compliance.
