To coordinate, manage and direct a range of administration services within the bank to maintain safe and secure working environment so that the organisation can operate efficiently and deliver on its mandate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To oversee and contribute to the achievement of First Capital Bank’s business plan objectives and procurement activities, ensuring that quality and value for money standards are maintained.
- Oversee and ensure regulatory measures are met with adequate provision in place to ensure business demands are met focussing on Business Resilience, Financial insurances and premises, and Health and Safety.
- Provide strategic leadership for procurement to yield efficiencies and savings for sustainable sourcing and to further develop and embed a best practice framework within First Capital Bank.
- To ensure a full and professional facilities service to internal customers is provided with strategic oversight to meet business needs and future requirements.
- Oversees records and telecommunication management.
- Ensure availability of transportation services.
- Reviews lease agreements and service provider contracts before expiry dates.
- Ensure company assets insurance and service of all company cars.
- Links with insurance brokers reporting accidents and ensuring repairs to damaged vehicles are attended to without undue delays.
- Conducts supplier evaluation on annual basis to weed off non-competitive suppliers.
- Have SLA with all external service providers and monitor their contract expiry date. -Supervises and control all Head Office pool vehicles usage and control errands.
- Scrutinises all reports for vehicle maintenance, expenses.
- Process unserviceable assets and monitor their disposal
- Monitor and undertake procurement activities such as purchasing of good and services. Replenish refreshments for the team and monitor the reorder level Maintain suppliers record, e.g. inventory register.
- Process payments to suppliers within the stipulated time frame.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
A Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Procurement Management or related A professional membership of a recognised body such as CIPS will be added advantage
At least S years’ experience in a managerial position
