Business Analyst

Job Description

A licensed lending company is looking for an energetic individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst.  The Business Analyst will be responsible for executing with speed and precision, the entire credit underwriting process from loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, collections and credit monitoring.

Ultimately, the candidate will assume the responsibility of ensuring that our clients acquire loans in a timely manner, while ensuring that we comply with regulation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaising with all customers, stakeholders and third parties in the value chain of the lending business
2. Execute from start to finish, the credit underwriting process for prospective clients
3. Manage, grow existing base and retain relationships with customers
4. Review, access and evaluate associated lending risks
5. Develop new lending products that are fit for purpose for existing and future customer base

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Finance, Banking or related field
2. Demonstrate customer service experience
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently
5. Knowledge of lending policies and principles
