MILL FITTER

Candidates must be conversant with mill process to run/produce required sections with better productivity, optimum rejection and wastage. He should know and be experienced in rolling process, draught and reduction, types of passes, and hot stock temperature judgement.

He will be responsible for running mill troubleshooting, quality check, running mill setting for material tolerance as per standards. He should have knowledge of rolling mill setting; and will be responsible for proper pass distances and collars, roll settings, assemble knowledge and delivery guide box.
