We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified, dynamic, talented, and experienced professionals to join the team for the following role:

DIRECT SALES AGENT – HOLLARD LIFE

Total Positions: Direct Sales Agent *100

Note: This role is tenable in the following locations:

• Gaborone: 30 positions
• Francistown: 20 positions
• Palapye: 30 positions
• Maun: 20 positions

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Hollard Life products to improve Hollard’s market position and achieve financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Offering financial solutions to both new and existing client base through Hollard’s Life products.
• Effective conversion of leads into sales to ensure business growth.
• Canvassing for insurance business within the country, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation.

Required Qualifications

• The right candidate must have a Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term Insurance.
• A Diploma in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Management, Commerce or related and 1-2 years post qualification experience in a similar role will be added advantages.
