Main purpose of the job

This role is responsible for providing quality assurance and quality control support to the Diamond Cleaning Plant processes and operations.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Planning of quality control and assurance activities in the plant

2. Quality inspection and assurance on incoming goods, in process goods and final product from cleaning

3. Quality assurance programme monitoring and reporting

4. Plant inputs monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement

5. Plant Processes familiarization and staff coaching on desired plant quality outcomes
Minimum Education or Qualifications:

Completion of the DTCB Training Academy programme or equivalent

Key Skills and Experience:

Three (3) years plant operation experience in a diamond processing/sorting plant.
