Education Infrastructure and Management Company Limited (EIMC) is a wholly government-owned SPV established to centralise, professionalise, modernise, and sustainably manage public school infrastructure and associated support services. In line with its mandate, EIMC will be responsible, inter alia, for the refurbishment, expansion, digitalisation, modernisation, and professional management of public-school infrastructure and related facilities. The Accountant ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records through effective management of accounting processes, reconciliations, and reporting support. The role contributes to the reliability of financial information used for organisational governance and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A Full Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proven experience in reconciliations, financial record management, and reporting support.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Organisational and time management skills
- Professional integrity and accountability
- Ability to meet deadlines
