ACCOUNTANT – INTERNAL AUDIT & COMPLIANCE

Our client is a member of a leading business conglomerate in Botswana with special interest in motor industry and property/investment management. Applications are invited for the above new post who meets with the following requirements.

For this position we are looking for a career financial professional with appropriate experience, maturity and exposure to commercial sector.

The selected candidates will be reporting to the financial controller and responsible to design & develop internal controls and carry out internal audits. And the selected candidates is also responsible to ensure compliance to financial reporting requirements as per governing statues and IFRS.

Qualifications & Experience required

• Member of an internationally recognize professional body
• Experience in working with an ERP system
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in intra-departmental administration
• Experience on compliance environments such as FIA and BAOA
• Experience in Motor Industry will be an added advantage
