Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate deals and investment opportunities to spot what’s worth backing
• Build financial models and projections for property acquisitions and developments
• Research markets and property trends to guide smart investment decisions
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for management and investors
• Track performance of projects and investments, flagging risks and opportunities
• Support the team in executing real estate projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
• 1-5 years experience in real estate, private equity, or investment finance
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills – you can read numbers like a map
• Understanding of real estate markets, valuations, and investment fundamentals
• Good communication skills – you can make complex deals easy to understand
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves on projects
