Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the audit strategy, aligning it with the firm’s broader financial and operational objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and review of complex financial audits and risk assessments across various client portfolios.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory frameworks, ensuring audit integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, maintaining strong relationships and addressing client concerns effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and develop audit staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit findings, preparing detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred and will be an added advantage.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is required.
- Additional certifications, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), are highly desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial auditing, public accounting, or consulting, with a focus on audit operations.
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, coach, motivate, and effectively manage financial audit staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, with a solid understanding of how financial auditing aligns with operational functions within a professional services environment.
