Key Responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment between solution design and business objectives.
• Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business systems requirements through workshops and research, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies. Redesign business processes for greater accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into working solutions. Participate in testing and user training to ensure smooth deployment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data accurately.
• Excellent research, communication, and client interaction skills.
• Proficient in IT systems, SDLC, and project management methodologies.
• Skilled in documentation and reporting – able to develop clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Process Maps.
• Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT consulting, Banking and Insurance industry practices, regulations, and requirements is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
