**Role Purpose:**
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales, partnership management, and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Drive the sales of ICL products and services, conducting prospecting and engaging with key decision-makers.
- Strategy & Planning: Assist in formulating marketing and selling strategies; work with the Business Development Manager to manage sales plans and demand generation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and solution partners.
- Pipeline & Account Management: Manage the sales pipeline with precision to ensure growth visibility; provide effective account management and client liaison.
- Technical Solutions: Research appropriate IT solutions for clients, prepare professional presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
- Performance: Achieve agreed-upon sales and profit margin targets while participating in forecasting and target-setting exercises.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: IT or Business Degree with at least 5 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in a sales role.
- Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and experience in putting together large-scale IT solution proposals.
- Skills: Exceptional networking, rapport building, and bid management skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise-level IT solutions (both infrastructure and software).
- Competencies: Strong business analysis, solution mapping, marketing skills, and excellent time management.
