Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical checks and inspection of the sports and recreation facilities and equipment and document their condition/state
  • Facilitate maintenance of sporting facilities and gym and guide in the procurement of sports consumables
  • Liaise with the Sports and Recreation Executive on matters regarding maintenance and repairs, cleaning and grounds services etc.
  • Capture data on building usage services and Campus Recreation facilities’ condition
  • Planning and scheduling of a calendar of events and organization of Sports and recreation events
  • Carry out needs assessment surveys of students
  • Conduct reception services, bookings and front-of-house functions to attend
  • Provide timely updates to the Supervisor regarding delays and unexpected events

Requirements

  • Degree in Health & fitness, physical education, recreation management or any other related field. Three (3) years post qualification work experience in a related field.
